Data processed
What data is processed and why
Visitor IP addresses
Visitor IP addresses are processed at the Cloudflare edge (CDN, security, rate limiting). Cloudflare is the data processor. Transfers to the United States are under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Queries to the search and statute tools
Query text is neither stored nor logged.
Feedback via the give_feedback tool
When an AI assistant sends feedback through give_feedback, the following is stored: the report text, the category, the client's User-Agent (truncated to 256 characters) and a key digest, if any. The tool description instructs assistants not to send personal data.
Server error logs
Server error logs may contain the connecting address (the Cloudflare tunnel, not the visitor) for running the service.
