What the states mean
Fresh. The data date is at most 8 days old. No weekly update cycle has been missed.
Stale. The data is more than 8 days old, or the server has raised a warning. At least one weekly cycle has been missed and the data may be out of date. Answers still carry their citation and validity window, but later changes in Riigi Teataja may not be reflected.
Unknown. The data's metadata carries no date, so freshness cannot be checked and the page does not show it as fresh.
Unavailable. The server did not answer the status request. Try again in a moment.
